Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No — you can book directly with any of our physiotherapists. Some insurance plans want a referral for coverage, so it’s worth a quick check with your provider.
How do I know if I need physiotherapy?
If pain, stiffness, or an injury is getting between you and your day — or you’re recovering from surgery — a physiotherapy assessment is the right first step. It’s also a smart move for preventing injuries before they happen.
How often will I need to come in?
It depends on your condition and your goals. After your first assessment, your physiotherapist will recommend a schedule — typically more frequent at the start, tapering off as you progress.
Which location should I book at?
Whichever is handier! Both clinics run Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Some practitioners work from one location, so the Jane App booking page will show you who’s available where.
